Marketplace Disclaimer — Taara Is a Venue

Taara is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects independent buyers and sellers. Taara is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, or distributor of items listed by users and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers, except in its limited role as a payments and shipping-tools intermediary.

• Listings, descriptions, photos, prices, and availability are provided by sellers, not by Taara. We do not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing, seller, or buyer.
• We make no representation or warranty as to the quality, safety, legality, authenticity, or fitness of any item or service offered, or as to a user's ability to sell or buy.
• Any transaction you enter is at your own risk. You are responsible for evaluating listings and counterparties before transacting.
• Where Taara facilitates dispute resolution, refunds, or the holding of funds by our payment processor, it does so as a service and not as a guarantor of any outcome.

Limited Liability

Taara endeavors to keep the content of the App accurate and up to date. Despite our care, content may be incomplete or incorrect, and it may be changed at any time without prior notice. All prices and information are subject to typographical, programming, and system errors, and no liability is assumed for the consequences of such errors. No agreement is concluded on the basis of such errors.

Taara bears no liability for hyperlinks to third-party websites or services included in the App. While we strive to link only to quality sites, we have no control over their content, and other sites may have different privacy policies and terms beyond our control.

Errors and Omissions Disclaimer

Taara is not responsible for any content, code, or other inaccuracy, and does not provide warranties or guarantees. In no event shall Taara or AceDrop be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, whether in contract, negligence, or other tort, arising from your use of the service or its contents. Taara reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents of the service at any time without prior notice.

The Taara service and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Taara is a venue for content and offerings supplied by third parties and exercises no editorial control over user listings; it makes no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information, content, service, or merchandise provided through the service.

Taara specifically disclaims all warranties and representations, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights. No oral or written information given by Taara or its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, or agents creates a warranty. Taara does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Advertising Disclosure

Taara displays advertising, including through Google AdMob and other advertising partners, to help support and keep the service available. We work to make ads safe, unobtrusive, and relevant, and we may use advertising identifiers and cookies to serve interest-based ads and remarketing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party advertisements and links to other sites are not endorsements or recommendations by Taara. Taara does not make any representation as to the accuracy or suitability of information contained in advertisements or on third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, offerings, or the quality or reliability of the products or services advertised.

Automated Systems and AI Disclosure

Taara uses automated systems to rank listings, personalize search and advertising, screen for fraud and prohibited content, and calculate refund and fee allocations. These systems may contain errors and are provided without warranty. Taara does not currently use generative artificial intelligence to make legally or financially significant decisions about you without the possibility of human review. Copying, distribution, and any other use of these materials is not permitted without the written permission of AceDrop, except to the extent otherwise provided by mandatory law.
